SPA POLICIES

  • We have updated our booking and cancellation policies, effective March 2022 (updated September 2023).

    We understand life gets busy for all of us, and we want to be as accommodating as possible. Emails, Facebook, and Instagram DMs are not permitted as a way of canceling, booking, or rescheduling appointments. Please call the spa (573-803-4321) or use our website portal to do so. If you ever have trouble booking online, never hesitate to call the spa and we can assist you!

    By providing your credit card information, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. If a card is not on file, if available, the deposit will be drawn from the patient’s wallet balance. We do not accept CareCredit for appointment deposits and unfortunately, you cannot use money from your wallet to make the deposit.

    By scheduling an appointment (in-person, by phone, or online) you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

  • Having a firm cancelation policy allows the West Em Medical Spa team to continue to provide the highest quality service for all patients.

    Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving 24-hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

    In the event we do not receive a 24-hour notice, cancellation fees will be applied to your card or removed from your account. Filler and certain laser appointments (Halo, BBL, and MOXI) deposits will not be refunded.

  • All Filler appointments and certain laser appointments (Halo, BBL, and MOXI) will be required to put down a $100 deposit upon booking. This $100 will go straight to your wallet and can be applied to your total at checkout. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your $100 will not be refunded and you will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

    We ask that all new and established clients supply a credit card on file. If a card is not on file, if available, the deposit will be drawn from the patient’s wallet balance. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process. By providing your credit card information, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

    Cancellation fee for less than 24-hr: $25

    Deposit for all filler appointments: $100

    Deposit for Halo, Moxi and BBL appointments: $100

  • No-show appointments will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee at the discretion of West Em Medical Spa.

    Filler and certain laser appointments (Halo, BBL, and MOXI)) deposits will not be refunded. By providing your credit card information, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If a card is not on file, the deposit will be drawn from the patient’s wallet balance.

  • Late arrivals may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. If you are running behind, we ask that you call to inform us so we can do our best to accommodate you.

    Please understand that late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 5 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see above for details).

    If we are unable to accommodate you for the remaining amount of your appointment we will happily rebook a new appointment for you as soon as possible.
